What we collect
Only what you give us to organise a journey: name, e-mail, phone, locations, date and time, flight number, and the details you add. The form also records the IP address of the submission, to fight automated submissions.
Why
To reply to you, book and carry out the journey, send you the confirmation and the invoice, and reach you if something unexpected happens. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no profiling.
Who has access
Our booking team and the chauffeur assigned to your journey, who receives your name, your number and the pick-up details. Our technical providers (hosting, e-mail) process the data on our behalf, under contract.
For how long
Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet Swiss accounting obligations, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookie and uses no third-party tracker without your consent. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
