A discreet board in the arrivals hall — in the mission’s name or as you instruct —, flight tracked, transfer to the hotel or the mission. Coordination with the airport protocol service for VIP-lounge welcomes.

Shuttles between the hotel and the Palais des Nations, the CICG, the WTO at the Centre William Rappard, WHO, ICRC, WIPO, ITU. The chauffeur knows the entrances, the checkpoints and the authorised drop-off zones.

Yes: the Pregny and Nations gates, drop-off zones, checkpoints. They follow the instructions of the UN security service.
