What we do during a show
Welcoming delegations
A board in the company’s or visitor’s name in the airport arrivals hall, transfer to the hotel or straight to Palexpo, whatever the flight time. Flight tracked, 90 minutes of waiting included.
Hotel – Palexpo shuttles
One or more vehicles rotating between your hotels and the show, morning and evening, with a chauffeur in charge and a schedule drawn up with you.
Hourly hire
A limousine and its chauffeur for the day: the stand, lunch in town, a client visit in Plan-les-Ouates, dinner on the lakefront. You never look for a car.
Evenings and dinners
